Bing Hu, Partner - Bing Hu, the founder and the president of H&S International, was an honor student and graduated from QingHua University, Beijing in 1987 with a bachelor of science in architecture and structural engineering. He was also the Master planning winner of Shanghai People’s Square Master Planning Design competition in 1986. With a full scholarship from the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in 1988, he became a student at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture and finished his Master of Architecture degree in 1991 and became a licensed architect in the State of Arizona in 1992. Prior to funding the H&S International in late 1994; he worked as an associate architect and served as a faculty member for the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture for 3 years as an advisor for the master degree students.

Zhang Hong Wei, Partner - Mr. Zhang Hong Wei is the founder and President of Oriental Auto Parts City (OAPC), headquartered in Shanghai, China. He is also the founder of Shanghai Automotive Parts Circulating Industry Association and has been serving as Chairman since its inception. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhang Hong Wei is the VP of Auto & Motorbike Parts & Accessories Chamber of Commerce, China. With years of development and management, Shanghai Oriental Auto Parts City has attracted nearly 1,000 automotive companies and its annual turnover reached US $775Mm. Elizabeth N. Mann, Partner - Elizabeth N. Mann is a highly experienced international executive who has a successful track record of building multi-million dollar international companies in both the United States and China. She was the developer of Phoenix COFCO Center, the Chinese Cultural Center, and was also in charge of many profitable developments in California, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. Ms. Mann served as the President of BNU Corporation, the U.S. real estate and financial services subsidiary of COFCO, for 15 years and served as Vice President of an investment banking company for 5 years. Ms. Mann received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Beijing University of Economics and Trade, her Master’s degree from the American Graduate School of International Management, and was a Ph.D candidate of International Business at Penn State University.

Sam Tang, Partner - Sam Tang has promoted and supported local Asian businesses since moving to Arizona in 1992. He has served as a general manager or president for multiple companies including a mortgage company and an accounting firm. The accounting firm, ABS Accounting Business Service, Inc., was one of the largest accounting firms serving the local Asian community and operated for more than ten years until it was sold in 2006. He continues to support the Asian business community as an active member of the Arizona Chinese United Association, whose mission includes promoting Chinese culture and educational exchange between Arizona and other countries, regions and areas. Sam Tang graduated from the Physics Department at Peking University and later received his Master Degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Jeremy Schoenfelder, Partner - Jeremy Schoenfelder is the founder and President of Sienna Partners, LLC, a consulting firm that has served, among other industries, various real estate businesses including finance, contracting and sales organizations. He served as portfolio manager for two real estate investment funds where he was involved in the creation of investment strategies, due diligence process, and acquisition process. Mr. Schoenfelder has also served in business development roles allowing him to gain a significant number of contacts within the real estate and investment fields. Mr. Schoenfelder is a member of the Board of Directors of MITC, a not for profit organization whose mission is to continuously integrate new concepts and innovations into all aspects of education, community, government, and business. The program objective is to analyze global innovations as they emerge from a combination of successful commercialized innovations operating and interacting on a global basis and that will become the basis of the 21st Century economy. Mr. Schoenfelder also serves as a corporate advisor to Greater China Corporation, a U.S. company focused on seven industry sectors including: financial services, technology & media, healthcare, consumer services, real estate, education, and natural resources manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Northern Arizona University.

John Robert Holya. Esq., Legal Counsel - Mr. Holya is a member of the California and Arizona bars. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He began his career with the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) in 1976. When the Department of Homeland Security was created, Mr. Holya was transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Since his retirement from government service he has continued practicing in field of immigration law.
